This is a database converter tool that converts MySQL data to SQLite.
This tool will help transfer data from MySQL to SQLite databases. The transfers are done automatically. That is worthwhile to overworked IT departments. They have to transfer large amounts of data from one to the other often. There are two different ways you could define inputs. One way is to simply identify a specific table from the source database and ask the data to be transferred to a destination table. A second means is to harvest data through a query. The tool has a command line interface. Once you have gained some experience with setting the parameters, this can give you significant productivity gains. To make things even simpler you could convert a set of tables in a batch process. All these settings can be done through the simple to use interface and configurations can be made visually. Even the latest member of your team should be able to master this very quickly. There is an interface wizard to help things along. The settings could be saved and reused on transfers at other times.
Transfers could be scheduled for convenient times. There is a progress bar indicating progress of the transfer operation. It indicates the time taken and time required to complete session. Percentage transfer completed, number of records transferred are couple of other things you get to see. The direct import mode of transfer works fast compared to the wizard based mode. This tool is compatible to the Windows platform and will work with Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008, 7, and 8. This is a very good tool. If you have a need, try it out in your own set up.
